HR Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys partnering with leaders, and wants to make an impact across multiple organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders across diverse industries
• Guide clients through employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, retention, and organizational design
• Design and implement practical HR programs aligned with business goals
• Support leaders through growth and change initiatives
• Coach managers through complex people issues
• Create policies and guideline to assist clients
• Deliver impactful training and leadership development
• Stay current on employment law and HR best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience
• Strong consultative mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgment, high discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen
• Highly organized and adaptable, with proven experience managing multiple client groups
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong professional writing skills
• BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
• HR certification preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Ability to work onsite and virtually, as needed; valid driver’s license required
• Commitment of 30-40 hours weekly with a consistent schedule Monday through Friday

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hands-on HR generalist: 6 years (Required)
