HR Consultant (Fixed Term Contract - 1 year - Third Party Payroll)

Role & responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the DEI strategy, roadmap, and priority initiatives.
• Analyze workforce, talent, and inclusion data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
• Build, automate, and maintain HR and DEI dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership reviews.
• Leverage technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions to improve reporting, insights generation, and HR processes.
• Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to integrate DEI principles into talent management processes.
• Conduct external research and benchmarking on DEI best practices and emerging trends.
• Develop presentations, communications, and executive-ready insights for leadership and employee audiences.
• Support employee listening initiatives, inclusion programs, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Analytics, DEI, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of how AI tools can be leveraged to automate workflows, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
