JOB SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources operations of the company. The role ensures that employee records, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, payroll-related HR data, employee documentation, and HR processes are properly maintained and executed.

The HR Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support for employee-related matters and ensures that HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across all company locations.

The position is primarily administrative and coordination-focused, with authority to recommend actions and escalate employee concerns to management when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Coordinate recruitment activities for vacant positions.
• Post job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Review applications and resumes based on established qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening and basic interviews when authorized.
• Schedule interviews with management or department heads.
• Coordinate applicant requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintain an updated applicant database.
• Prepare recruitment status reports.
• Coordinate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure that newly hired employees complete all required documents before deployment.
