BestStart is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our national People & Culture team. With 265+ centres nationwide, we’re passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and supporting the people who make that possible.

This role supports centres across our Midland region, from Hamilton to Palmerston North, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career.

About the Role

This role is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week, it can be Hamilton or Auckland based.

You’ll provide day-to-day HR support across a range of areas, including:

• Preparing employment contracts, variations and HR letters
• Maintaining accurate employee records
• Providing HR reporting and administrative support
• Responding to general HR queries
• Supporting HR policies, processes and compliance

About You

We’re looking for someone with a background in HR with a genuine interest in developing their career further.
