HR COORDINATOR

URGENT HIRING: HR COORDINATOR We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

This role is based in Malate, Manila and is ideal for someone with strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and job offers)

Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires

Maintain and update employee 201 files and HRIS records

Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements

Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And DOLE Requirements Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR programs

Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

Handle employee inquiries and HR-related concerns

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

With at least 1–3 years experience in HR functions

Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration

Familiar with labor laws and DOLE compliance

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
