HR Coordinator

Job Summary

AMEERATEL INC. is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in Human Resources within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination while supporting the company's manpower requirements in a fast-paced outsourcing environment. Candidates without prior BPO HR experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling applicants.
• Coordinate hiring activities and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, pre-employment requirements, orientation, and employment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and HR records.
• Monitor onboarding progress and support probationary employee documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements and staffing updates.
• Prepare HR reports and perform other HR administrative functions as assigned.
• Support HR projects that promote employee growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a BPO or outsourcing company is REQUIRED.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BPO hiring processes and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with professionalism.
