HR Coordinator

About the role

You will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting the day-to-day HR operations across both companies and helping ensure a smooth seasonal recruitment and employment process.

About the Job

• Recruitment – screening, interviews, reference & visa checks, job offers and onboarding
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee and job seeker enquiries
• Preparing employment agreements and letters of offer
• Assisting managers through any employee relations matters including performance management and disciplinary processes
• Providing administrative support and document management
• Assisting with payroll and pay enquiries when required
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures
• Assisting other teams as needed to keep the operation running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years' experience in HR, administration or a similar role
• Clear communicator – confident and approachable
• Great time management – able to prioritise and multitask
• Calm under pressure – organised and responsive
• Reliable and discreet – trustworthy with sensitive information
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using MS Office and other systems
• Payroll experience - advantageous but not essential
• Team player – adaptable and willing to support where needed
