HR. COORDINATOR

About the role

Trend Studio Bali, an ethical Swim and Resort Wear manufacturer based in Bali, is hiring a hands-on and proactive HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end HR processes and help build a safe, respectful, and productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, performance, disciplinary action, and offboarding
• Ensure employees understand and consistently follow company SOPs, policies, work rules, and standards
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and workplace behavior
• Handle employee relations, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally
• Work closely with department managers and supervisors to address employee performance and compliance issues
• Conduct regular workplace checks and help ensure factory safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper use of PPE
• Coordinate employee training, including SOP, workplace safety, and company policy training
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian employment regulations
• Support management in building a safe, respectful, accountable, and productive workplace culture

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in garment, textile, manufacturing, or factory environments
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and Indonesian labor practices
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Firm but fair when handling employee discipline and compliance
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with production employees
• Able to work independently and collaborate with management and department leaders
