HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance records.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports and evaluations.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain training records and employee development documentation.

Employee Relations

• Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
• Prepare Notices to Explain, incident reports, and other employee relations documentation.
• Help ensure consistent application of company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Support HR investigations and employee counseling sessions when necessary.
• Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and 201 files.
• Assist in policy communication and employee handbook implementation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads on HR-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in training and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
