Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Experience coordinating with external manpower service providers and agencies regarding manpower requests, applicant endorsements, deployment, and staffing updates.
- Knowledgeable in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
