HR COORDINATOR

About the role

This role involves coordinating recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation while maintaining accurate employee records and HR files. You will assist with payroll, attendance, leave, and other HR-related concerns, prepare HR reports, announcements, and company documents, and support employee relations by addressing staff inquiries professionally. You will coordinate with different departments regarding HR matters and ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and Philippine labor practices is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Professional and approachable when dealing with employees
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
