HR Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for an HR Administrator/HR Coordinator to join the team on a 6 month temporary assignment, providing additional support during their busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR inbox queries and provide first-line support to employees and managers.
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems and databases.
• Log and manage HR tickets and provide general HR coordination across the team.
• Coordinate employee meetings and support managers throughout the process.
• Assist with lower level employee relations matters including attendance, performance and grievances.
• Prepare records of discussion, meeting invitations, investigation documentation and outcome letters.

About You

• Previous experience as an Administrator, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or a similar role preferred.
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident in preparing professional HR documentation and correspondence.
• Comfortable having sensitive conversations and dealing with confidential information.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
