HR Coordinator

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR systems including Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, system access, and exit formalities.
• Process employment-related government transactions such as visas, Iqama renewals, and labor contracts in coordination with the relevant function.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave balances, and benefits.
• Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Prepare routine HR reports and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Fluent Arabic with good working command of English.
• Proficiency in Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• HR certification such as HRSD-recognized certification or SHRM-CP is an advantage.
