HR Coordinator

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and deploy skilled and unskilled site personnel, ensuring all pre-employment requirements and contracts are completed.
• Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Collect and verify daily time records (DTR), attendance logs, and payroll data for site workers.
• Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle worker grievances on site and enforce company codes of conduct, including issuing sanctions for policy violations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel files, updating status changes, leaves, transfers, and project offboarding.
• Answer workers’ inquiries regarding company policies or any employee related inquiries.
• Representative of the company on site.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

REQUIRED: With exposure to construction-site operations.

• Effective organizational, communication skills and interpersonal skills, attentive to details, and can adapt quickly to new working environment.
• With a strong background in both recruitment and employee relations.
• With a solid understanding of local labor and employment practices.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Work Location: Brgy. Batino, Calamba, Laguna. Open to local residents and applicants from nearby places.
