HR Coordinator

About Us:
We are a diversified group of companies based in Dubai, operating across sectors including trading, manufacturing, hospitality, and services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized HR Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our human resources and administrative functions across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding
• Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies
• Coordinate visa processing, insurance, and labor-related tasks
• Support administrative functions including office supplies, filing, and coordination with departments
• Liaise with PRO and external authorities for government-related tasks
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role in the UAE
• Good understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• Available to join immediately or within short notice
