Role Description

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to directly support our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil and across LATAM. This is a formal employment position under Brazil's CLT regime.
This role will be responsible for all-rounded day-to-day Human Resources support with a strong focus on managing employee’s lifecycle, recruitment, Compensation, HR services and employee’s engagement.
You will report to the VP of Human Resources.

Working hybrid from our office in Porto Alegre

What you will be doing:

• Be the point of contact for managers and employees & Contractors in LATAM, support employees' enquiries and escalate when necessary
• Partner with hiring managers to support hiring demands with full lifecycle of recruitment, with focus on technology industry
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, offboarding, compensation (working closely with payroll), with intent of creating a positive employee experience
• Continuous improvement and promotion of best practices for HR processes and procedures
• Ad-hoc global/local tasks or projects assigned from time to time

What you should have:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR professional in a high-tech global company, including end-to-end hiring, sourcing, managing employees’ lifecycle, welfare, and administrative support
• Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal)
• B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Human Resources or another related field
• Strong communication skills, with experience addressing employee needs directly, and the discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive matters
• Understanding of employment legal requirements and HR policies across LATAM
• High energy, motivation, self-drive, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams
• Willingness & flexibility to work according to global time zones, as required
• Proficiency in MS Office. Experience working with HR systems (Oracle) – advantage
