HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Coordinator to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle and support our management team in building a strong, professional, and engaged workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to offboarding.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee performance management, appraisal, and employee development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and regular HR reports.
• Work closely with management and department heads on people-related matters.
• Support the development of company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, hands-on, and people-oriented.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
