HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and applicant endorsement.
• Assists in coordinating with Account Groups and clients regarding manpower requirements, hiring updates, and deployment schedules.
• Facilitates employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of newly hired employees.
• Manages employee relations by addressing employee concerns, assisting in disciplinary cases, facilitating employee engagement activities, and preparing employment-related notices, memoranda, and other HR documents.
• Coordinates and facilitates employee offboarding, including clearance processing, exit documentation, and completion of separation requirements.
• Assists in implementing recruitment strategies and hiring activities to meet manpower targets and client requirements.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and company standards throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and bulk hiring.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet hiring targets and work under pressure.
• Familiar with sourcing tools, job portals, and interview techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
