HR Coordinator

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join a collaborative and people-focused Real Estate organisation. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding and employee inductions
• Preparing employment agreements, policies and HR documentation
• Supporting employee movements, performance management and exits
• Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers
• Coordinating training, employee development and reward initiatives
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR reporting
• Supporting workplace health and safety requirements
• Contributing to HR projects and process improvement
• Staying up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice

About you

• A Certificate IV or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, Employment Law or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination or Recruitment
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
• A sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and follow-through
• Experience with HRIS, recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
