About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.
• Assist with office administration, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and HRIS-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in HR administration and recruitment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on a different shift when business requirements call for it.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
