Qualifications:

• Graduate with a BSBA in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, or employee engagement.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment and talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and hiring documentation.
• Capable of coordinating employee onboarding, conducting new hire orientations, preparing employment documents, and ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Able to coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling, attendance monitoring, preparation of materials, and maintenance of training records.
• Experienced in organizing company events and employee engagement activities, such as team-building activities, company celebrations, and other HR programs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with applicants, employees, department heads, and external service providers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate activities efficiently.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
