HR Coordinator

Hellenic Ammunition S.A. is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its team in Lavrio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, contracts, personnel files, and induction.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, ensuring all employee information is up to date.
• Monitor and administer attendance, leave, absences, overtime, and shift-related HR information.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee and attendance data.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment documentation.
• Respond to employee HR queries and provide support on company policies, procedures, benefits, and employment documentation.
• Support the preparation of regular HR reports and workforce data such as headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and employee movements.
• Support HR compliance, training coordination, employee communications, and other HR projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR/administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Good knowledge of employment processes, and HR systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good MS Office/Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional level of English language.
