• HR Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Supervisory or coordinator experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR practices & company regulations
• Experienced in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, attendance, training, & performance management
• Able to lead the HR department while supporting hotel operations
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritize
