HR Coordinator

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data
• Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and absence records
• Assist in organizing training sessions and performance review schedules
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues to the HR Manager as needed
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative position
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
