Job Summary

IBO INFOTECH is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely hiring for various roles, especially in the IT sector. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, knowledge of recruitment policies and best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a pure recruitment-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement understanding, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and campus drives.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews; assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill sets, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and share regular recruitment MIS reports (openings, closures, TAT, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Support HR in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction activities.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BBA or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment policies, processes, and best practices; experience in a pure recruitment or staffing environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills across entry, mid, and senior levels.
• Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry hiring trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with job portals and ATS/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring, multiple openings, and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
