HR Coordinator

About the Role

Aventra Solutions is hiring an organised and energetic HR Coordinator for a creative education academy in Mumbai. You will support day-to-day HR operations, help with recruitment, and be the first point of contact for the team on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and networks

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and managers

• Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding for new joiners

• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data

• Answer employee queries and support HR policies and processes

• Prepare basic HR reports and keep documentation up to date

• Coordinate with management on hiring needs and HR activities

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (HR specialisation preferred)

• 0 to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment; freshers with strong potential may apply

• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email

• Energetic, dynamic and well-organised, with a creative approach to problem-solving

• Based in Mumbai or able to work from the Mumbai location
