HR COORDINATOR (Employee Relation)

Phoenix Sun Business Park, Libis Quezon City | Monday to Friday | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and complaints.
• Conduct investigations on disciplinary cases and recommend appropriate actions.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and/or supervisors.
• Monitor employee morale and help implement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support management in performance management processes and corrective actions.
• Organize employee engagement activities as part of culture-building initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related functions.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, employee discipline procedures, and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and investigation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience in employee engagement and culture-building activities is an advantage.
