HR cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, candidate selection, and managing the hiring process.

2. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

3. Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

4. Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records using UBS Payroll.

5. Act as the Record Controller, ensuring proper maintenance, filing, and control of HR documents and records.

6. Perform general HR and administrative duties and contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/administrative experience.

2. Must be physically and medically fit to work.

3. Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.

5. Experience with UBS Payroll will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
