HR cum Admin Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a suitable candidate who are able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform and support day-to-day HR and Admin task.

Maintain admin filling and documentation as appropriate.

Handle a full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of worker's salary.

Administer work pass applications, cancellation and renewal.

Administer training-related matters.

Administer workers insurance renewal

Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.

Provide HR support and administration which from time to time.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Others Information:
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
