HR cum Admin

Our company is specialized in cabling work. We provide installation services and after sale services. We are more focus on cable and water pipe work. We aim to provide our customers with our quality products, on time delivery and excellent workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare site workers wages from Kong card for both companies.
• In charge of admin work e.g. renewal of insurance, road tax, membership, Puspakom, CIDB registration.
• Issue Purchase Order.
• HR related matters for both companies e.g. post jobs posting, preparation of employment letter.
• Maintain employee records and deal with Perkeso, KWSP and HRF matters
• Maintain Shell & Touch & Go cards.
• Assist Boss to prepare Boss petty cash claim.
• Checking staff petty cash claims to ensure all supporting documents are     being attached.
• Any Ad Hoc job when needed be.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a least SPM or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Detail-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately
