HR Cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll, leave administration, and statutory matters.
• Manage foreign worker documentation and related matters.
• Support employee relations and HR administration.
• Oversee daily office administration and general administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Able to handle foreign worker matters.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an added advantage
