HR cum Admin Executive

About the role

Handle company administrative duties and maintain proper documentation, including processing and renewing company vehicle road tax, licences, and related documents. Manage employee insurance and medical insurance matters, handle business licence applications and renewals through GoBusiness Singapore, and assist with HDB shop licence applications and related regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle company administrative duties and maintain proper documentation
• Process and renew company vehicle road tax, licences, and related documents
• Manage employee insurance and medical insurance matters
• Handle business licence applications and renewals through GoBusiness Singapore
• Assist with HDB shop licence applications and related regulatory requirements
• Liaise with government agencies such as Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Singapore Police Force (SPF), Housing & Development Board (HDB) and other relevant authorities when required
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on licence applications and regulatory documents
• Calculate, monitor, and maintain staff KPI records and performance reports
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the management

About you

• At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with GoBusiness Singapore and government licensing procedures will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently
