HR Cum Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents and personnel files.
• Handle attendance, leave, claims and general HR matters.
• Assist with payroll preparation and HR reports.
• Support office administration and daily operational matters.
• Coordinate purchasing, travel arrangements and vendor follow-up when required.
• Support company activities and other ad-hoc HR & operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in HR, Admin or Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
