About the Role

Singapore Security Force Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to support our Human Resources and Finance operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and employee records
• Process monthly payroll and staff attendance
• Handle PRD licensing and liaise with MOM/SPF
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Prepare invoices, claims, and payment vouchers
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end closing support
• Maintain accurate HR and financial documentation
• Coordinate with Operations on manpower matters
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the Security Industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and PRD licensing is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
