Required Qualifications
Bachelors/masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of hands-on Workday Reporting writing and HR data Analysis experience
Experience with Workday Reporting - in Advanced, Simple, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed and Trending.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, power point and Workday reporting tools.
Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel – power queries, macros, formulae, charts and presentations
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
High ownership and accountability for deliverables.
