HR Data & Processes Specialist

• Perform regular HR data checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Prepare recurring HR reports, analyses and data summaries to support People & Culture operations and decision-making.
• Review and map HR processes, identify gaps, manual tasks and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation and standardisation of HR processes and workflows.
• Analyse problems, identify their root causes and help develop practical solutions.
• Participate in global People & Culture projects and collaborate with teams across different locations
• Use AI and automation tools to support data analysis, improve processes and make everyday work more efficient.

Your profile

• Experience working with HR data, reporting, processes or HR systems.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and working with larger datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify errors, understand problems and look for their causes.
• Experience in improving processes and turning business needs into practical solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with different teams, such as HR, Payroll, Operations and IT.
• Fluent Polish, both spoken and written.
• Fluent English, allowing you to actively participate in global projects and everyday international cooperation.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and good work organisation.
• Independence and responsibility for completing assigned tasks.
• Openness to using AI and automation tools in everyday work.
• Availability to work on-site in Szczecin.
