Job Description

We are urgently looking for an HR Data Management Assistant to support HR data cleansing, personnel record maintenance, and HR system updates while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify HR and personnel records for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform HR data cleansing, corrections, and updates.
• Maintain employee records, databases, spreadsheets, and HR trackers.
• Coordinate with Regional and Country Offices regarding HR data updates.
• Support HR ERP system updates and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Monitor pending data corrections and resolve routine HR data inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience; OR
• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using HR ERP systems, including troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with issue-tracking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
