HR Data Migration Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Analyse SAP HCM employee and organisational data structures.
• Map source data fields to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and Foundation Objects.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and transformation requirements.
• Work with HR stakeholders and implementation teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare data mapping specifications and migration documentation.
• Support SIT and UAT migration testing.
• Assist with cutover and post-go-live data validation.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Business Analysis, or Data Migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR Master Data.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in HR Data Migration, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Cleansing & Validation.
• Knowledge of Foundation Objects.
• Strong Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with data reconciliation and quality analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors implementation/migration experience.
• Knowledge of ETL / Data Migration Tools.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with migration cutover and post-go-live support.
