ABOUT THE JOB

As an HR Data specialist for the RISK team, you will manage the Compensation Review Process and lead data analysis projects. You will be based in Madrid, working closely with the HR Spain team and reporting to the RISK Head of Rewards and Data Analytics in Paris.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the Compensation Review Process (CRP) to ensure efficient execution.
• Manage new and existing projects and programs related to HR data analysis.
• Oversee data consolidation and continuously improve current collection and analysis tools.
• Collaborate with international HR teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PROFILE & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data, or a related field.
• Experience: At least three years of experience in data management, Finance, or Compensation subjects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Data Expertise: Confirmed experience in HR data management; knowledge of rewards is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English is essential; French skills are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical acumen, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
