HR Delivery Associate

The HR Service Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes managing high‑quality employee data, maintaining complete and organized records, and executing essential HR processes such as onboarding coordination, document administration, employee inquiries, and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• Any graduate course that includes some technology and business background for an entry-level administrative assistant position

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

• Proficiency with computers and office equipment with average or above average Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Desired Skills:

• Assertive with above average communication skills, both in written and verbal advantage.

• Preferably with credentialing background
