HR Deputy Manager (Payroll)

• Manage the payroll process for multiple entities within the organization
• Check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance

(tax compliance, superannuation etc.) is adhered.

• Ensure that any company benefit programmes ie medical care, pensions, bonuses etc. are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Calculation, payment and reconciliation of group tax.
• Maintenance of staff payroll and tax records
• Regular validation of salary and employee information relevant to payroll
• Submit management reports, liaise with HR staff regarding new appointments, terminations and other relevant matters
• Timely submission of trackers and internal reports
• Banking Access and risk control guidelines are followed and reviewed regularly
• Judicious use of natural resources Full
• Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. Education: prefer Bachelor/MBA in Human Resources or any Global Equivalent Degree Additional: Certifications in HR or Payroll Management Experience: 4 – 6 years of work experience in the field of payroll management with multicultural exposure and experience

Knowledge & Key Skills

• Experience in handling HR operations, knowledge of labor laws and international HR practices relevant to the role
• Experience in managing multi country payroll operations in a shared services setup
• Strong track record of success managing senior stakeholders in a multinational environment
• High level of integrity and stability
• A numerical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, timely delivery, and overall quality of the work your team are undertaking
• Exceptional communication skills & ability to influence
