We're looking for HR Development to join our team with requirement as follow:

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and KPI results.

• Supporting data analysis and developing KPI dashboards to support decision-making.

• Developing and maintaining competency frameworks and competency dictionaries.

• Identifying key functional competencies and ensuring competency modules are well-documented and updated.

• Coordinating and monitoring Learning & Development programs, including post-training evaluations.

• Developing and executing employee engagement and culture programs.

• Fostering a productive, positive, and engaging work environment.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Recruitment & Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development, or Engagement & Culture.
• Experience in HRBP/Organizational Development is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to join ASAP and work onsite in Jakarta Barat
