HR Development Officer

Your Role: Reporting to the HR Development Manager, the HR Development Officer (M/F) is responsible for ensuring the compliance and deployment of the strategic human resources policy. As an HR Development Officer, your responsibilities will include: Advising and supporting management and their teams on HR aspects within your scope; Designing and deploying HR projects; Ensuring the deployment of the recruitment plan; Ensuring the deployment of the training plan; Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current legislation; Ensuring monthly and annual reporting to HCIM and Group; Deploying the internal communication plan; Guaranteeing internal equity; Managing campaigns and deploying internal and group HR policies (EIA, Talent review, training, etc.); Providing support and responding to operational requests in all areas of your scope (Training, recruitment, career management, etc.) etc. *Non-exhaustive list.

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a Bac+4, minimum, in Human Resources Management or equivalent; You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; You master computer tools; You have a good command of French and English, both written and spoken. Your interpersonal skills, your curiosity, as well as your ability to be proactive and innovation-oriented will enable you to successfully carry out your missions and thrive in this position.
