HR Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement L&D strategies and annual training plans aligned with business objectives and organizational competency requirements.
• Lead the design and development of training courses, learning materials, and development programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and high-potential employee development.
• Design and implement leadership development programs to strengthen management capabilities and prepare future leaders.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness to measure the impact of development programs on employee performance and business results.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to integrate performance management, competency development, and individual development plans (IDPs) into employee development strategies.
• Manage L&D budgets, monitor program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning and talent development initiatives.
• Lead and develop the L&D and Talent Management team to ensure effective program execution and achievement of organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.

• At least 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Development, with proven leadership experience.

• Strong expertise in training course design, learning program development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
