HR Digital Solutions Manager/Lead

In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “HR Digital Solutions Manager/Lead".

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience being responsible for HR technology projects within an IT organization, from business analysis through implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Career, Succession, and Employee Experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Logo J-HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Peoplise, or equivalent HR systems.
• Experience in business analysis, process optimization, HR technology implementation, and enterprise system integration projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience working with technology vendors and collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end HR technology projects, from business requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, release management, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Act as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of HR technology initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable technology solutions.
• Manage and continuously improve HR applications supporting Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning, Career Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Experience.
• Coordinate integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise applications, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and a seamless user experience.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, user training, and production releases to ensure successful system adoption.
• Drive the organization's Digital HR roadmap by leveraging automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Ensure HR data governance, system integrity, security, and compliance by maintaining high-quality HR data and reliable system operations.
• Stay up to date with emerging HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions that support the organization's Digital HR strategy.
