HR Digital Solutions Specialist

Purpose of the Position:

Responsible for designing, developing, and applying AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics to enhance HR functions, supporting analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning in areas such as employee attrition, talent matching, and workforce planning. This role also oversees system development from the initial stages through to effective real-world implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop AI, Machine Learning, and data solutions to support HR operations and decision-making.
• Develop use cases such as employee attrition prediction, workforce forecasting, talent matching, and workforce planning, from proof of concept (POC) through to full production use.
• Build data pipelines and integrate HR data with the HR Data Lake and Enterprise BI systems.
• Maintain and develop HR digital platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Apply Generative AI and automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency for both HR staff and employees.
• Develop the HR Portal and its UX/UI to ensure ease of use and alignment with user needs.
• Manage system integration and APIs, support system usage, and prepare user manuals and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM), SQL, Git, and Jupyter or other IDEs.
• Experience building data pipelines using Python and SQL, including REST API integration, error handling and logging, and writing automated tests.
• Ability to analyze and explain model results and performance metrics, including feature importance and SHAP values, as well as understand model limitations.
• Ability to translate model outputs into tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and summarize findings into actionable insights that support HR decision-making.
• Proven experience delivering at least one AI/ML use case from POC through MVP to full production deployment.
• Experience in HR/People Analytics or SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage.
