HR Director

Role Description The Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving performance management processes. The Human Resources Director will advise leadership on labor and employment law compliance, support workforce planning, and lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Daily responsibilities include partnering with department heads, handling complex employee matters, guiding HR operations and systems, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations and strategic HR leadership.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain effective HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with Performance Management systems, including setting goals, evaluations, and feedback processes.
• Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, particularly applicable regulations in Egypt.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing HR teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• Experience in an on-site, multi-department environment; background in similar industries is beneficial.
