HR Director

**Strategy Formulation and Execution:** Develop and execute medium- and long-term human resources strategies based on the company's business development direction.

**Comprehensive Talent Management:** Responsible for the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to compensation and benefits and learning and development.

**Organizational Development and Culture Building:** Drive organizational structure optimization, establish succession planning and talent pipelines, and cultivate a highly efficient and proactive corporate culture.

**Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure the company's human resources policies comply with Singaporean and regional labor laws, and handle complex employee relations issues.

**Business Partner and Change Management:** Act as a business partner to senior management, providing a human resources perspective for business decisions and leading organizational change.

**HR System and Digitalization:** Establish and optimize the HR system, and leverage data analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
