We're Looking for Someone With:

✔ 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role

✔ Proven expertise across the full HR spectrum including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Compliance

✔ Strong experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives

✔ Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

✔ Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making

✔ Proven success in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development

✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Master's Degree (MBA, MA/MS in HR or related field) is preferred
