HR Director

• Design and implement Group-wide HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks compliant with local laws (HK, PRC, Vietnam)
• Partner with regional heads to adapt global policies locally.
• Support regional heads with workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Consolidate and analyse HR costs across regions (headcount, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training); support annual budgeting and provide monthly variance analysis.
• Monitor compliance with local employment laws across regions with support from local legal advisors; proactively identify and address labour law risks.
• Oversee Group office and medical insurance policies.
• Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and engagement activities across regions; support internal communication to foster a cohesive Group culture.
• Provide guidance to regional admin teams (HK, PRC, Vietnam) to ensure alignment with Group standards; consolidate regional admin reports and update Group management regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Well versed in the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other related employment ordinances. Familiarity with labour laws in PRC and Vietnam would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Independent, proactive, result-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded.
